羅沙證券是羅沙先生及太太於一九七二年一月二日成立，並成為第一批之九龍證券交易所會員(編號0027)。適逢一九七二年時，股市瘋狂程度好比九七年炒紅籌及二千年炒科技股熾熱。但七三年卻遇上史無前例之股災，恆生指數由1700點大幅下瀉至150多點，成交亦大幅萎縮，個此時羅沙先生亦看準機會，把握時機於一九七六年成功轉會至遠東交易所(編號0309)。本公司在八六年四會合拼時，獲發聯合交易所會藉6360、6361兩個。於二千年本公司將業務企業化來配合新交所成立，本公司獲發兩個交易經營權。

History  歷史

Rosa Securities was found by Mr. and Mrs. Rosa in 1972, and obtained a trading seat in the Kowloon Stock Exchange (number  0027).  The market boom in 1972 was comparable to red chip fever and high tech fever in 1997 and 2000 respectively.  However, the boom did not last long and crash in 1973 until Hang Seng Index declined from 1700 points to almost 150 in addition to tremendous drop in turnover.  At that time, Mr. Rosa made the smart move, obtained another trading seat in the Far East Stock Exchange (number 0309), which was a very active stock exchanges among four.  Until 1986, we obtained two membership 6360 & 6361, under the  unification of four exchanges policy, from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.  Recently, we incorporated ourselves to scope with the listing of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Company Limited, and we were allocated two trading rights.
